L'Albereta

We took JT and Katherine to Bergamo yesterday so they could fly back home to York, UK. It was really nice to spend a few days with them at Lake Como. After a nice lunch together, we said our good-byes and headed to Erbusco for our next stay.

L'Albereta in Erbusco. We are going to have to find a way to enjoy ourselves at this place ... As you can see, it's pretty dumpy. Not.







Our room ... And welcome gift. It is really old school, yet lovely.







We had an over-the-top dinner here at their restaurant last night. (ie. lots of really expensive/strange food and hovering waiters who never smiled.) It was quite the experience. Think Media Cub x 10 ... A little too fussy for my taste.

This morning we had a very nice breakfast (although equally fussy) ... And now we have to decide if we want to go to the pool or the spa. SO many decisions!

These next couple of days will be pretty lazy ... Then we're off to Verona!
